Draft — under legal review

This page is a working draft and may change before launch.

These terms apply to your use of the cracad.com website and to CRACAD (Clinical Research Academy) courses. By enrolling in a course or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login or let anyone else take lessons, tests or exams for you.
  • Give accurate details, especially your name as it should appear on your certificate.
  • Keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

2. Enrolment and payment

Course fees are shown on our pricing page and are payable by UPI. Access to a course is granted after we verify your payment. The access period for each course is shown at enrolment.

3. Assessment integrity

Tests, the capstone and the final exam must be your own work. Copying, sharing or publishing questions or answers, using another person to sit an assessment, or otherwise attempting to gain an unfair advantage may lead to failure of the assessment, withdrawal of a certificate and closure of your account without refund.

4. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you meet all completion requirements of the course. It records that you completed the course and passed its assessments. It is valid for the period stated on it. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained in breach of these terms, and its verification record will then show it as revoked.

CRACAD is an independent training provider. A certificate does not represent accreditation, regulatory approval or recognition by any authority, and does not by itself satisfy any training requirement a regulator or institution may set.

5. Course content

All course materials are owned by or licensed to CRACAD and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish them. Source documents (ICH, CDSCO and ICMR) remain the property of their publishers and are cited for educational purposes.

6. Educational purpose

Our courses are educational. They are not legal, regulatory or medical advice. Always follow the current text of the applicable rules and guidelines, your protocol and your institution's procedures. We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but regulations change and we cannot guarantee that every lesson reflects the latest amendment at all times.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or update courses, and may change course content to reflect new or amended rules.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the jurisdiction clause in the final version of these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Use our contact form.
